Current paid services
Paid recruiter upgrades may be unavailable from time to time. When paid services are disabled, no new paid upgrade charge should be collected through Voohh.
If paid services are enabled in the future, plan details, pricing, validity, and available benefits will be shown before purchase.
Refund requests
Refund requests must be submitted from the billing area or through support with the order ID, account email, and reason for the request.
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible and may take time depending on the payment provider or bank.
Non-refundable cases
Fees may not be refundable where a paid plan, listing, boost, or service has already been used, consumed, manually approved, or materially delivered.
We may reject refund requests linked to misuse, policy violations, spam, fake recruiter activity, abusive behavior, or fraudulent payment activity.
Review process
Refunds are reviewed case by case. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.
Voohh may ask for additional details before approving, rejecting, or partially approving a refund request.
